How do you measure success?
Success is measured by each client’s individual goals. If your goals are to build your brand image, then we would measure success by how much traffic has increased to your website or retail establishment, forwarding statistics, open rates, and the increase in buzz across all forms of media. If your goals are increased revenues from current customers, then we would base our success on statistics applicable to that end. Marketing has always had a difficult time measuring its success rate, and while adjunctive marketing efforts can blur the line, the real-time reporting we provide helps us to define success much more qualitatively than other forms of marketing.

Who owns the list?
Your subscriber list is yours, no matter what. If at any time you want to export your list, just let us know and we’ll be happy to do so.
